If you are looking for high quality fanless chassis - you are in the right place. All Streacom chassis are fanless so when you combine this chassis with SSD, there is no moving parts inside a chassis so there is no noise at all.
FC5 is offered with six short heatpipes for Mobos with CPU on the right. You can buy long pipes for Mobos with CPU on the left.
First generation chassis have eject button on the left so they are compatible with Panasonic UJ-265 offered in our store here. If you need just DVD drive, you can go with UJ-875A offered on eBay.
Second generation - Evo series - have four flattened cooling pipes and universal eject button so you can use any slot optical drive.
