With it’s unique, specially designed fanless CPU cooling system, the STREACOM FC8 is totaly silent with SDD installed. The thick aluminum cabinet is beautiful and will look at home in any audio visual system or home theater. Accommodates slim slot-loading ODD, one 2.5" HD and one 3.5" HD.
Read manual before opening the case or you will dent pipes when do it incorrectly! Streacom has top quality control so no damaged pipes are shipped from the factory and can not be damaged during shipping. We will NOT replace damaged pipes under warranty.
IR receiver and RC260 remote strongly recomended. IR receiver has been reprogrammed and works properly without any problems.
Due to the use of heatpipes that connect the CPU with the chassis heat sink, the type of usable motherboards is limited. Examples of usable boards are Intel DH57JG, Intel DQ67EP, Intel DH67CF, Asus F1A75-I Deluxe.
Streacom have tested the case with an A8 on Asus F1A75-I Deluxe with two pipes and got great results
Please Note: There are more motherboards compatible with the Streacom FC8 Case. Because there are many motherbpoards coming out in the market and many motherboards are end of life all the time, we are not able to update every motherboard model.
